To attend your Pass Office appointment, submit your RAIC application and obtain an Escort-Required / Screening-Required pass, you need to prepare and bring a completed and printed copy of the following documents and forms:
- Transportation Security Clearance Application (Government of Canada)
- RAIC Issue Application Form (Fort McMurray International Airport)
- YMM Temporary Restricted Area Access Pass (Fort McMurray International Airport)
- YMM Security Awareness certificate (Fort McMurray International Airport)
In addition, you need to bring the original of the following documents:
- Valid Photo ID (Driver License / ID Card)
- RCMP Criminal Record Check OR a receipt (if the Criminal Record Check is not ready)
- The result must be NEGATIVE
- Must NOT be older than 90 days
Depending on your status in Canada, you also needneed also to bring the original of the following documents:

To get you to work sooner and while waiting for your appointment with the Pass Office, your employer can e-mail access.request@flyymm.com with a completed “YMM Temporary Restricted Area Access Pass” form for a Daily Visitor Pass.
The Daily Visitor Pass is valid for a maximum of 14 days.
