YMM Community Highlights
Team YMM has been busy reconnecting with residents and communities, after two quiet years. Group and school tours have resumed, and special events at YMM such as the Easter and Halloween parties. You’ve likely seen our team members at community events, such as Pride, the ACDEN Show and Shine and the Chamber of Commerce’s Fall Tradeshow, to name a few. We are proud to support our community in many ways, be it volunteerism, gifts in kind or event hosting. If you have an upcoming event and would like to connect with us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tucson: Where Golf Season Never Ends
Although another great Fort McMurray golf season has come to a close, players can relax knowing they won’t have to say farewell to the fairway because direct flights to Tucson will place them straight back in the game.
Vice President of Corporate Services and CFO, Denean Robinson, was named Interim President and CEO, on August 29. Denean has thrived with the Fort McMurray Airport Authority for over five years. The announcement came after news of former President and CEO, RJ Steenstra, leaving his role to pursue a new opportunity as President and CEO of PortsToronto. RJ has settled into his condo in downtown Toronto and is enjoying his new role. He visits Fort McMurray frequently, as he has formed many relationships in his six years in the region.
Team YMM gathered to bid farewell to RJ Steenstra in the Fort McMurray International Airport’s courtyard in September 2022.
