*Appointments are required for the processing of applications. If new employees are unable to attend their scheduled appointment, they must provide the YMM Pass Office with at least 24 hours notice.

Documents Required

To attend your Pass Office appointment, to submit your RAIC application and to obtain a Temporary Pass, you need to prepare and bring the completed and printed  following documents and forms:

In addition, you need to bring the original following documents:

  • Valid Photo ID (Driver License / ID Card)
  • RCMP Criminal Record Check OR a receipt (if the Criminal Record Check is not ready)
    • Must NOT be older than 90 days

Depending on your status in Canada, you may also need to bring the original following documents:

Work Permit Holder• A valid Canadian permanent resident card OR applicable immigration document proving landed immigration status; and
• A valid passport OR a Canadian government-issued photo ID
• A valid Canadian work permit; and
• A valid passport OR a Canadian government-issued photo ID
